On that occasion, he also has banned them not to Zainab Abul Ash, because he was not lawful for Zainab while he was still pagan.
Then Abul Ash returned to Mecca and completing all obligations. Then he converted to Islam and return to Rasulutiah as a Muslim. He emigrated in the month of Muharram, 7 AH. So the Prophet. Zainab also returns to her, based on her first marriage

Ahead of the event Fathu Mecca, Abul Ash out of the land of Mecca along with his entourage carrying trade goods or merchandise belonging to residents of Mecca to Sham. Muslims forces also managed to capture them and take the treasure that was brought by a group of Pagans, but Abul 'Ash managed to escape.
When the dark of night penetrated, Abul Ash quietly to his wife, Zainab bintu Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, to ask for protection.
Dawn. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam and the Companions stood perform Fajr prayer. At that time, Zainab somebody making anha cried with a loud voice, "O Muslims, in fact I have given protection to Abul Ash bin Ar-Rabi '!"
After prayers, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam while facing at the Companions asked, "Do you hear what I hear?" "Yes, O Messenger of Allah." He sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said, "Truly I do not know anything until I hear what you have just heard. "

After that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam collect troops Zaid bin Haritha somebody making' anhu and said to them, "Truly Abul Ash including our family, as you know, and you have taken the treasure as fai 'God has given you. But I want you to do good and to restore the property to him. But if you are reluctant, then you are more entitled to the treasure. "The companions said," O Messenger of Allah, we will return the property to him. "
The entire property is taken Abul Ash back to his hands and not diminished in the slightest. Soon he bring the treasure back to Makkah and restore any property entrusted Makkah resident owner. Then he asked, "Are there any of you who have yet to take back his property?" They replied, "May God give you good reply. You are truly a noble and fulfilling the promise. Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam restore his beloved daughter, Zainab somebody making anhu to her husband, Abul Ash bin Ar-Rabi' somebody making anhu, with her marriage once and without performing back her dowry. Two people together to pursue their way now ...
However, Allaah has set his taqdir. Shortly after the meeting, Zainab bintu Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam back before his Lord, in the eighth year after the Hijrah, leaving her lover forever.
